Whether you're an avid outdoor cyclist or your feet haven't touched the pedals since you last played Cops and Robbers on bikes, indoor group cycling has something to offer you and it's not just an aerobics class on a bike.

It's an intense workout done on special stationary bikes that increases endurance and works the lower body, focusing on the quads, glutes, and hamstrings. Typically, classes start with a warm-up followed by a series of moves such as lifts and climbs. During class, you'll also simulate hilly and flat rides, pedal at different speeds, and perform intervals of standing and sitting.

   

   

Body Sculpting

This is the perfect blend of toning and sculpting moves.  Intensive but easy to follow, our body sculpting class utilizes variable resistance to tone & sculpt those problem areas. You'll get at least 30 minutes of hardcore muscular endurance and total body conditioning. Use of steps, dumbbells, med-balls, and more will make you BURN.  Easy to follow, but a challenge to complete…come prepared to WORK THAT THING.  Let LWF reduce what’s loose and congeal the rest to steel with this killer sculpting class!

Can't find enough time for cardio AND strength training?  Now you can get it all in one class.      This one-stop total body conditioning workout is great for all fitness enthusiasts.  We combine non-stop muscle strengthening with heart-pumping cardiovascular training for maximum efficiency.  This class is specifically set-up to minimize exercise transition (rest) and       maximize calorie burning (work).  A great workout!  All levels welcome.

Kick! Duck! Jab! Punch! This high intensity workout will make you get up and sweat. Come men, come women, come all fitness levels to this explosive experience packed with a punch. Taught by Sensei Noel Castillo of Tiger & Dragon Martial Arts of Kendall. This Kickboxing class kicks butt…combining kicking, punching and jabbing with traditional athletic moves. It's easy to follow without a lot of complicated choreography.  This is the ultimate kick boxing workout.  Invite a friend to share the challenge.  It’s a Knockout!

Families play a critical role in shaping a child’s physical activity experiences. Studies have found that adolescents are more likely to be active if their parents support their participation in physical activities; and if their kids have access to convenient play spaces, sports equipment, and transportation to sports/recreation programs.  Our Just 4 Kids class makes this easy! Kids of all activity levels grades K-5 are welcome.

Paulina is trained and degreed from Latin America in the art of dance. She brings the flair of the South to the Studio floor. Classes vary from, merengue, salsa, Arabian, hip-hop, and cardio-dance.

ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. ZUMBA utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
